Rawalpindi (our correspondent) The Beaconhouse Harley street Campus (HSCR) team is thrilled to announce the remarkable achievements of our students at the Beaconhouse International Student Convention (BISC) event held in Thailand. Led by our esteemed School Head, Ms. Sumairah Naveed, and Sports Teacher, Ms. Anam Saba, our team showcased exceptional talent, and sportsmanship, bringing honor and pride to our institution and country. In the under-15 futsal category, the Pakistani team exhibited unparalleled skill and determination, securing resounding victories throughout the tournament. With Dua binte Samar, Hajra Amir, and Maryam Khan as integral team members, our players demonstrated remarkable teamwork and competence on the field. The team’s stellar performance culminated in a series of triumphant matches, including an astounding 14-0 victory against the Philippines and a commanding 5-0 win against Oman. In the final showdown, our team emerged victorious, clinching the championship title with an exceptional display of sportsmanship and talent. The triumph of our futsal team is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and resilience of our studentathletes, who have tirelessly honed their skills under the guidance of our committed coaching staff. In addition to the sporting excellence showcased by our futsal team, Beaconhouse Harley Street Campus’s student also qualified for the BISC Talk event, where Areeshay Tauqir represented our institution and Pakistan in the event between six other countries. While the competition was fierce, Areeshay’s exemplary performance and insightful contributions during the panel discussion earned her a welldeserved place in the international arena. Though victory eluded us in this event, her participation reflects the intellectual depth and academic rigor instilled in our students at Beaconhouse School System. As we celebrate these remarkable achievements, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sumairah Naveed, Ms. Anam Saba, and all the students who represented HSCR with honour and distinction on the international stage.
